Stay with us and your palate will enjoy the trip as much as you do.
Breakfast: Our chef will start your morning with a home-cooked breakfast and top it off with hot coffee, tea and juice. Lighter appetites can be satisfied too.
Lunch: You'll enjoy bread, meats, cheeses for sandwich making, as well as a vegetable tray with homemade dip. Cookies, chips, soda, water and coffee are also available. The lunches are prepared fresh each day on the boats.
Hors d'oeuvres: When you get back to the lodge we will have a variety of hors d'oeuvres waiting for you, including: all-you-can-eat Dungeness crab, sushi, potato skins, smokies, and smoked salmon dip with crackers to name a few. Sit back, relax and enjoy a beverage and a snack while you share stories of the day's big catch.
Dinner: Our typical menu includes: fresh salmon, Halibut, Rockfish, Dungeness crab, prime rib, potato dishes, salads, homemade rolls or bread, and a variety of vegetables. Desert includes: double chocolate cake, baked Alaska, lemon berry cake, banana splits, and fresh coffee.
